Whether we face ongoing health challenges or aim to prevent illness, our indoor living and work environment has a profound effect on our health and well-being
We spend most of our lives indoors at home, work and other places. These habitats often have more health hazards than outdoors and yet most people are not familiar with them despite the daily influence they can have on occupant’s health, emotions, sleep quality and wellbeing.
We are often exposed each and every day of our lives to these risks and yet medicine, treatments, practitioners and health products are all irrelevant to preventing the the influence of these health hazards. All of us can be affected including babies, children, healthy adults, the sick, elderly, sensitives and people battling disease and ailments.
Natural Habitats work with clients to identify, assess, evaluate, remove, minimise and avoid health hazards in homes, schools and work-spaces to create an indoor environment that supports health, hormonal balance and wellbeing.

The Natural Habitats network has a number of qualified, skilled building biologists
whom provide an on-site inspection, evaluation & analysis of homes, workplaces, schools or any indoor environment. We use specialised equipment to take readings while carrying out a thorough observation and auditing process.
Clients are then supplied with a comprehensive report including advice, strategies and recommendations for reducing, avoiding and eliminating hazards and illness triggers to create a healthier, safer home, school or workplace for all occupants.
As an alternative to an on-site evaluation with a lower cost, a remote evaluation starts with a phone consultation and small online survey. Clients are given simple instructions to use a mobile phone to make a short video tour of their home or workplaces recording a range of locations as requested. This video is then uploaded to our consultancy team.
Clients are then supplied with a household health risk evaluation and recommendations for minimisation and avoidance within a multi-media report and follow up phone consultation.
We work with clients to help them assess and evaluate their ongoing daily absorption and exposure of chemicals via choices of food, diet, water source, cosmetics and personal hygiene products.
We run analysis and prepare an audit to demonstrate daily “body burden” and pin-point individual specific chemical exposure that may relate to personal health challenges and which products & ingredients that could be best to minimise, avoid or eliminate. We also give advice about practical alternatives to use without the same health impact.
This process can be very effective to address a range of health, wellbeing and behavioural issues relevant to people of all ages.
